I founded Glamorous Grinz & Beauty in 2020 because I believed women deserved a body contouring experience built on real technique, honest conversations, and zero pressure.
Every treatment I offer is one I've personally trained in, performed thousands of times, and refined session after session.
Before I opened the studio, I'd seen what was missing in the body contouring world. Women were being upsold treatments they didn't need, talked down to about their bodies, or rushed through sessions that promised the moon and delivered nothing. I knew I could build something different.
So in 2020, I opened a small private studio in Lakehurst with one goal: deliver real results, in a calm space, with someone who actually listened. No packages forced, no pressure, no judgement. Just careful, customized work.
That decision turned into the practice I run today — over two thousand clients later, the philosophy hasn't changed.
Every body is different — and every treatment plan I design is built around that. I don't run a cookie-cutter clinic. When you book a consultation, the first thing I do is listen. What are your goals? What's your timeline? What have you tried before that didn't work?
From there, I'll recommend a path. Sometimes that's the Signature Sculpt Method on its own. Sometimes it's Plasma Skin Rejuvenation paired with red light therapy. Sometimes it's just one session to see how your body responds before committing to more. The plan fits you, not the other way around.
Body contouring is part science, part art. The science is in the technology — ultrasonic cavitation, radio frequency, wood therapy, lymphatic drainage. The art is in knowing how to combine them, where to focus, and when to pull back. That's what six years of doing this every day teaches you.
"You don't need a hundred treatments. You need the right ones, done well."
It's not equipment — every studio has equipment. It's the time spent. A typical Signature Sculpt session at Glamorous Grinz runs two full hours. That's because real body contouring isn't a quick lunchtime treatment. The work matters. The placement matters. The aftercare matters.
It's also the honesty. If I don't think a treatment is right for your body type, your skin condition, or your goals, I'll tell you. If I think you'll see results in two sessions instead of ten, I'll tell you that too. Selling you sessions you don't need is bad for you and bad for my reputation — both of which I take seriously.
I never start a treatment without understanding your goals, your medical history, and your timeline. The consultation is the foundation — and it's free of pressure to book.
This isn't a clinic with rotating providers. It's me, your treatment, and zero distractions. The space is calm, judgement-free, and built for focus.
I don't sell pre-built packages and force you to fit them. Your plan is built session-by-session based on how your body responds and what you want to achieve.
I won't promise miracles. But I will promise that what I tell you to expect is what you'll see. After 2,000+ clients, I know exactly what each treatment delivers.
You'll leave with personalized aftercare instructions, my direct number, and clarity on next steps. I want you to feel supported between sessions — not just during them.
If a treatment isn't right for you, I'll tell you. If you need fewer sessions than you thought, I'll tell you that too. Your trust matters more than my next booking.
The body contouring field is constantly evolving — and I'm constantly learning. I've trained in and continue to refine my work across the full toolkit:
It's not the equipment that makes the difference — it's knowing when, how, and on whom to use each one. That's what experience teaches you. That's what your sessions are built on.
