This is the question I get asked more than any other, and I want to answer it honestly — because the body contouring industry is full of vague promises and people getting upsold on packages they don't need.
The truth is that the answer depends on three things: your goals, your starting point, and how your specific body responds to the work. But after 2,000+ clients, I can give you realistic ranges that hold true for most people. Here's the breakdown.
What one session can do
A single Signature Sculpt session is meaningful work. Most clients leave with visible measurement reduction, smoother-feeling skin, and a more sculpted appearance — all within the same day. That's not marketing language; it's just what happens when you combine cavitation, radio frequency, wood therapy, and lymphatic drainage into a focused two-hour treatment.
That said, a single session is generally not enough to produce permanent or dramatic body change. Think of it as a strong reset — great before a vacation, a wedding, a photoshoot, or any specific event where you want to look and feel your best for a defined window. Some of what you see after one session will fade as your body returns to baseline, but some will stay. The cumulative work from a series is what creates the longer-lasting structural changes.
One session is right for you if: you have a specific upcoming event in 1-2 weeks, you want a noticeable refresh, or you're testing how your body responds before committing to more.
What a four-session plan can do
This is the most common plan, and it's where the majority of clients see real, lasting transformation. Four sessions, spaced one to two weeks apart, gives your body time to process between visits while building cumulative results. The work compounds — each session builds on the foundation laid by the last.
Most of the dramatic before/afters you see on my Instagram are from four-session series. The waist visibly narrows, the abdomen tightens, the thighs smooth out, the skin tone evens. Cellulite shows meaningful improvement. Loose skin firms. The results from a four-session plan typically last several months to a year, with most clients returning periodically for maintenance afterward.
Four sessions are right for you if: you want visible, lasting body contouring results, you have specific areas you want to refine, or you're addressing post-pregnancy reshaping, weight-loss skin, or stubborn fat that hasn't responded to diet and exercise.
What a ten-session plan can do
Ten sessions is what I recommend for clients who want a complete body reset across multiple areas with the deepest possible cumulative results.
For non-surgical clients, ten Signature Sculpt sessions delivers transformative results in someone who wants to address multiple areas, reshape significantly, or commit to the most thorough version of the work. It's not the right plan for everyone — most clients don't need this much. But for clients who do, the results are dramatic.
Ten sessions are right for you if: you're recovering from cosmetic surgery, you want to address multiple body areas at once, or you're looking for the deepest possible results before a major life event.
How I figure out what you need
The honest answer? I look at you, listen to what you want, and tell you the truth.
If you book a session and tell me you want to look great for a wedding in two weeks, I'm not going to suggest a ten-session plan. I'll book you for one or two sessions and tell you that's all you need.
If you book a session and your goals call for four, I'll tell you that — and I'll tell you why I think four is enough.
If you book a session expecting one to do the work of ten, I'll be honest about that too. The treatments are powerful, but they're not magic.
The conversation we have at your appointment is the most important part of your plan. That's where I learn what you're working toward and what your body needs. From there, I'll recommend the right number of sessions — never more.
What about ongoing maintenance?
Most clients who complete a series come back periodically for maintenance — typically once every two to three months, sometimes less often. A single maintenance session keeps the cumulative results from your series going strong. It's the most efficient use of body contouring work and what I recommend for nearly everyone after their initial plan.
The bottom line
Most clients need four to six sessions. Some need one or two. Some need ten. The right number is whatever delivers your specific goals — and that number gets clearer the moment we sit down and talk.
If you're trying to figure out where to start, just book a single session. After your first appointment, you'll have a much clearer picture of how your body responds and what your full plan should look like. There's no commitment to a package upfront.
I'd rather have you book one session and come back happy than book ten and wonder if you needed them.
