Why lymphatic drainage matters
Your lymphatic system is your body’s natural clean-up crew. It moves fluid and waste out of the tissues so your body can process it. When it’s sluggish, you can feel puffy, heavy, and bloated.
In body sculpting, it matters even more. After cavitation releases the contents of stubborn fat cells, your lymphatic system is what carries them away. Supporting that process is a big part of why clients look and feel lighter after a session.
Where you’ll find it at Glamorous Grinz & Beauty
In every Signature Sculpt session. The Signature Sculpt Method ends with gentle, rhythmic lymphatic drainage strokes, after cavitation, radio frequency, and wood therapy, so everything that was released has a clear path out. Red light therapy finishes the session.
On the face. The Plasma Showers session in the Glow & Contour Experience includes facial lymphatic drainage and targeted care beneath the chin to help reduce the look of puffiness and define the jawline.
As a wrap. The Yeso Sculpt & Detox Wrap draws out excess fluid, helps with bloating, and supports lymphatic flow in a 30-minute session.
Body sculpting vs. lymphatic drainage
Body sculpting focuses on reshaping: addressing stubborn pockets, smoothing texture, and refining your silhouette. Lymphatic drainage focuses on moving fluid. Christina combines both because they work better together: the sculpting does the shaping, and the drainage helps your body process the work and reduce swelling.
Getting the most from it
Hydrate well before and after your session, take a light walk later in the day, and skip intense workouts and alcohol for 24 hours. These simple steps help your lymphatic system do its job. Sessions are not performed during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, or during your menstrual cycle. Results vary.
