What radio frequency does
Radio frequency (RF) delivers controlled warmth into the deeper layers of the skin. That warmth is designed to encourage collagen and elastin, the proteins that keep skin firm and springy. The goal is skin that looks tighter, smoother, and more lifted over the areas you care about.
It’s non-invasive and comfortable, and it pairs especially well with fat-focused work, because reducing a stubborn area is only half the picture. The skin over it needs attention too.
Where RF fits in your session
Christina uses RF right after ultrasonic cavitation inside The Signature Sculpt Method. Common areas include the stomach, flanks, arms, thighs, and buttocks. The session continues with wood therapy and lymphatic drainage, then red light therapy to finish.
For the face and neck, clients usually look at Plasma Skin Rejuvenation or the Glow & Contour Experience instead.
Who it’s for
RF is a favorite for clients dealing with loose skin after weight loss, post-pregnancy changes once they’re done breastfeeding, crepey texture on the arms or thighs, and cellulite. It’s a gradual treatment: collagen builds over weeks, so results tend to keep improving across a series.
What to expect
You’ll feel a warm, relaxing heat, similar to a hot stone. There’s no downtime, and skin may look slightly flushed for a short while afterward. Most clients see the best results from a series of sessions. Results vary.
