What ultrasonic cavitation is
Ultrasonic cavitation uses low-frequency sound waves aimed at a targeted area of the body. The waves are designed to disrupt stubborn fat cells so their contents can be released and processed naturally by the body. There are no needles, no incisions, and no anesthesia, and you walk out the door and get on with your day.
It’s one of the most searched body contouring treatments for a reason: it focuses on the pockets that tend to stay put, like the lower stomach, flanks, thighs, and arms.
How Christina uses it
At Glamorous Grinz & Beauty, cavitation is never a quick add-on. It’s the opening step of The Signature Sculpt Method, a two-hour session where Christina spends real time on each target area before moving into radio frequency skin tightening, wood therapy, and lymphatic drainage, finished with red light therapy.
That pairing matters. Cavitation loosens things up, radio frequency firms the skin over the area, and the drainage work at the end helps your body move everything along. Each step supports the one before it.
What it feels like
Most clients describe a warm sensation and a high-pitched hum near the ears while the handpiece moves over the skin. It isn’t painful. Plan to drink plenty of water before and after your session, since hydration is what helps your body process the work.
Results and how many sessions
Many clients notice a visible difference in measurements after their first session. For longer-lasting change, most book a series of four or more sessions spaced one to two weeks apart. Christina will tell you honestly how many she thinks you need, and she won’t push a bigger package than your goals call for. Results vary from person to person.
